Parents of KACA members and volunteers who took part in the 25th National Day celebration earlier this year were presented with certificates of appreciation during a ceremony at KACA Centre in Kg Kiulap yesterday morning.
The President of KACA, Dato Paduka Haji Zainal Hj Momin, also handed certificates of appreciation over to KACA contributors of 2008. The Vice President of KACA, Haji Awang Abdul Alim bin Haji Awang Othman, and various committee members of the association were among those who attended yesterday’s event.
The Weekend Bulletin has learnt that KACA has lined up several programmes and activities throughout the year to mark its 23rd anniversary.
At the end of the event, KACA’s general secretary and treasurer held its 9th annual general meeting, which highlighted activities for the 2008-2009 term and other significant issues. – Courtesy of Borneo Bulletin
