ROYAL Brunei Catering (RBC) recently organised a monthly cooking class at Amigos Café, Royal Brunei Recreation Club.
Chef Ak Zaidi bin Pg Ahmad presented two recipes namely Hungarian Goulash Soup and Chicken Faicassee with Taragon. Hjh Siti Norzalina bte Hj Abd Halim demonstrated a dessert recipe called Supreme Banana Cheese Cake.
Assisting in the cooking presentation was RBC Sous Chef Mohamad Izan bin Ismail. The participants learnt cooking tips from the chefs and enjoyed the food sampling session.
RBC cooking class has been conducted since April 2006.
