Royal Brunei Airlines held a tahlil at the Royal Mausoleum in Jalan Tutong for the late parents of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien and Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit.
The tahlil is among several religious ceremonies performed annually during the holy month of Ramadhan.
Members of the RBA Board of Directors attended the tahlil along with members of the airlines’ senior management and officers.
Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar Ali Saifuddien passed away on September 7, 1986 whilst Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit passed on September 13, 1979.
