A PRIZE presentation for the Ramadhan Grand Draw in conjunction with its Ramadhan Sungkai and Sahur Promotion 2009 was held yesterday at the Orchid Garden Hotel.
On hand to present the prizes to five lucky winners was OGH’s General Manager, Shamsul Bahrin Pehin Dato Dr Hj Ahmad.
Ms Rofiani Hj Ismail nabbed the grand prize – an Umrah package for one – sponsored by JL Jewellery. The second prizewinner also walked away with a $1,000 catering voucher sponsored by the hotel.
The third and fourth prizewinners won tickets to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore respectively, while the fifth prizewinner brought home a Nokia E63 – all sponsored by HSBC.
According to a press release, OGH has managed to surpass last year’s overall Sungkai and Sahur sales by an additional 2,000 covers, which comes to about 8,000
patrons dining in this year with an average of 266 covers per day.
