FIFTY-ONE-YEAR-OLD Bruneian was yesterday produced before Judge Hairolarni charged with alleged raping a teenage girl in July sometime in the night.
Pengiran Mat Yussof bin Pengiran Matamin also allegedly attempted to rape another teenage girl in August, the court heard.
He also allegedly committed rape on the same girl in 2006.
Pengiran Mat Yussof pleaded not guilty to the three charges and was released on a $5,000 bail or two local sureties. The alleged offence carries a jail term of up to 30 years and whipping. DPP Noradinah Hj Ramlee and DPP Atiyyah bte Abbas are prosecuting.
