THE Brunei Amateur Softball & Baseball Association (BASBA) launched its new logo yesterday at the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah National Stadium.
Present were its president, Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Pahlawan Major General (R) Dato Paduka Seri Awg Hj Jaafar bin Hj Abd Aziz; Secretary General Major (R) Wan Tambrin Hj Suhaili; Treasurer Hj Abd Karim Hj Ahmad, personnel from Ministry of Culture Youth and Sports, Awg Omar Ali and sponsors Cooltones, B.mobile and Blink.
The national team jerseys and bags were handed by the sponsors to Pehin Dato Jaafar, who handed them to the players.
The team jerseys are for the Brunei Silver Jubilee Softball Championship in conjunction with 10th Asean Softball Tournament and Softball Confederation Asia to be hosted by Brunei Darussalam from Oct 29 to Nov 1 at the Taman Sir Omar Ali Saifuddien.
