SERUJI Hj Setia has done it again. The prolific golfer grabbed another title under his belt when he emerged the champion of the men’s division gross category in the 23rd Pantai Mentiri Amateur Open Golf Championship on Sunday.
Seruji carded a total of 222 to lead the field. Second place went to Sanjok Moktan with 223 (OCB) while third place went to Hj Arfian Hj Abd Kadir with 223.
In the men’s nett division, Rozaimi Hj Ahmad recorded a total of 136 points to win the category, followed by Jaidin Hj Berudin (139) and Hj Noorismadi Hj Damit (145 OCB).
Hj Mohd Yussof Latip won the Senior Golfers Gross category with 250 points followed by Phua Ah Hua (263) and Hj Ahmad Zainal (264).
The Senior Golfers Nett winner was Lim Lee Teck with 145 points followed Dato Malai Ali Othman (148) and Hj Mohd Roger Abdullah (152).
The ladies gross champion was Agnes Hiu with a score of 257 and second was Tshering Moktan with 265 points.
In the invited guests/sponsor category, the winner was Hj Maksudi Hj Karna with a score of 77 and the invited guests/sponsor Nett category winner was Ismail Mohammad with a score of 72.
