THE Fire and Rescue Department yesterday morning held a doa selamat for its staff going to perform the haj this year.
The four staff are Senior Supt Pg Sabli bin Pg Damit, Supt Janadi bin Hj Gunong, Mohd Nor bin Hj Ahad, and Abdul Mukimin bin Mohammad Ali.
The guest of honor at the event was Awang Yahya bin Hj Abd Rahman, the Director of Fire and Rescue.
The event was attended by senior officers, officers, staff of the department and National Disaster Management Centre.
In addition to the prayer, Awang Yahya bin Hj Abd Rahman presented contribution to the four staff that will be performing the haj.
