A REPRESENTATIVE from National Insurance Company Berhad, a leading general insurer in Brunei Darussalam, was interviewed on Rampai Pagi about their upcoming Charity Car Boot Sale to be held on Sunday, November 8.
Dk Kemariah Pg Hj Duraman, Manager HR & Admin, was interviewed by Fakhrul Razi and Alinah Hj Yusof from the Rampai Pagi section for Radio Television Brunei.
The charity event will be held at the parking area around the National Insurance office at Block A, Regent Square in Kampong Kiarong, next to Escapade Sushi and Court Furniture area.
A minimum of 50 per cent of the sale proceeds will be donated to the Brunei Darussalam National Association of the Blind (BDNAB). The BDNAB is a nonprofit organisation run by its members and it currently has 55 members who are visually impaired. Other than running different kinds of activities and services for the visually impaired of Brunei Darussalam, the association also hopes to improve the situation of visually impaired in the fields of education and employment.
There will be no charges for those who are participating in this charitable drive. Parking spaces are free.
The Charity Car Boot Sale will be held from 8am to 12pm. Members of the public are invited to join National Insurance in supporting this charitable drive.
