Chung Hwa Middle School (CHMS) yesterday hosted a kindergarten open day to attract parents to enrol in the school.
Acting Head of CHMS Kindergarten Section Sim Man Ling said, “The kindergarten section offers classes, such as Bahasa Melayu, English (jolly phonics), Chinese language, mathematics, physical education, music, dance, arts and crafts, computer lessons, science and social skills.
“Kids around the school are always lively and have lots of activities to participate in.
“The kindergarten section has some 800 children from 10 countries. Our department emphasises on the importance of laying a solid foundation for future success.
“The kindergarten, themed ‘Joyful learning and learning through living’, is centred around unleashing the children’s talents.”j
