Fifty six students and 14 teachers from Sekolah Menengah PAP Hajah Masna made an environmental boat cruise along the Brunei River Mangrove forest to arouse awareness and encourage participation in resolving environmental problems. By introducing them to the beauty of Brunei, the students were educated on the need to conserve the natural environment, preserve biodiversity and avoid continuing pollution and damage. Three experienced local nature guides explained about the habitat and ecology of the flora and fauna of the mangrove forests
