IN CONJUNCTION with the Aidiladha, around 22 women attended the ‘Silaturrahim’ ceremony organised by the Women Consultative Group, Kampong Sengkurong A, held at the Sengkurong Community Hall yesterday evening.
In attendance as the guest of honour was Datin Ustazah Hajah Maznah Haji Mohammad, the spouse of the Brunei Darussalam State Mufti.
The event began with a mass maghrib prayer led by Pehin Manteri Bini Datin Paduka Hajah Aminah Haji Mohd Yassin followed by a Takbir Raya. A mass Hajat and Isya’ prayers, recital of Surah Yaasin and Dikir performance were also held.
