ROYAL Brunei Catering will once again be holding a cooking class conducted by the experienced chefs in sharing some of the tastiest secret recipes of the well-established food company in the country.
Among the recipes that will be unveiled are the Avocado and Prawn Salad, Roast Lamb Leg with baby Potato served with local spicy sauce and coconut sweet corn pudding with gula anau sauce.
The cooking class will be held on December 11 at the Amigos cafe of the Royal Brunei Recreation club.
