A 20-year-old local was left unconscious following an alleged scuffle at Tutong town on Tuesday evening. According to the Tutong police, they received a distress call at around 8.30pm and later rushed to the scene where other teenagers, involved in the attack, ran away. The police found sharp objects such as ‘Parang’ and knives at the scene. The injured teenager was rushed to the hospital to receive further treatment. The hospital spokesperson said there were bruises on the teenager’s head, body and arm. He was hospitalised at the Tutong ward before receiving further treatment at JPMC, Jerudong. The police are seeking public assistance, who witnessed the scuffle, to come forward to
help in their investigation.
