THE Royal Brunei Police Force yesterday held a poster presentation in conjunction with its upcoming anniversary at the Police Headquarters in Gadong.
Present as guest of honour was Acting Senior Assistant Commissioner (SAC) Pengiran Hj Sulaiman bin Pg Hj Mohammad as the chairman of the event.
The posters were handed over by Dr Haji Mohammad Hadi bin Hj Mohd Melayong to the guest of honour who then presented the posters to District Police Commanding Officers, Heads of the Formation Unit, as well as officials from ministries and departments.
About 500 copies of the poster will be distributed to all ministries and departments.
“Mengukuhkan Kerjasama Bersama Masyarakat Memerangi Jenayah” is the theme for the 89′h anniversary of the Royal Brunei Police Force.
The force emphasises the importance of the community’s efforts in combating crime which can disturb peace and harmony in this country.
The force encourages members of the public to contribute towards combating crime.
The theme also encourages the force’s personnel to execute the police’s community-oriented initiative to ensure the public continue to give their support and cooperation to the Royal Brunei Police Force.
