Fabrica opens in Gadong with ‘Prestige’

PRESTIGE, Fabrica’s new showroom, officially opened its doors for business yesterday.

Located at Fabrica’s newly renovated Gadong branch at the Gadong Properties building,the ceremony was marked with the cutting of the ribbon by the guest of honour, Deputy Minister of Home Affairs Pehin Orang Kaya Dewa Pahlawan Dato Paduka Hj Dani Hj Ibrahim. It was then followed by the signing of the plaque to commemorate the grand opening.

In his opening speech, the Managing Director of Fabrica Interior Furnishing Co, Steven Pang revealed that the event also marked the 25th year that Fabrica had opened its doors to the public and established itself as a member of the Brunei society.

He also expressed his gratitude on the fact that Fabrica has now been recognised as a personality in the society rather than just as a business establishment.

Pang added that in upholding Brunei’s tradition of berdudun (visiting family and friends), the Prestige showroom has been designed to generate a warm and welcoming ambience; offering customers the comfort that is usually provided by living rooms in homes.

He said that the showroom has also been decorated with plants to create a sense of appreciation towards environmental conservation and also to remind customers of the importance of surrounding their homes with greenery.

Guests who attended the launch yesterday took the opportunity to explore the new showroom and check out the variety of wallpapers, curtains and carpets Fabrica has to offer.

The showroom showcases exclusive fabric materials.

Other than that, Prestige by Fabrica also takes in orders for exclusive fabrics that are not be available in retail. Fabrica also offers design consultation for its customers. An interior designer will propose a design concept that is in accordance with the customers’ needs or visions.
