BAGHDAD, Jan 24 (NNN-KUNA) — Iraqi government Spokesman Ali Al-Dabbagh affirmed here Saturday that the justice and questioning law was of Iraqi nature and no foreign side had influenced the articles of the law.
Al-Dabbagh told the press that this law must be left to the constitution and the judiciary to handle, affirming that no foreign entity had a hand in the wording of that law.
The law is still above all and no one should take any decision based on personnel preferences, said the spokesman.
Al-Dabbagh’s statement coincided with the meetings of US Vice President Joseph Biden with top Iraqi officials.– NNN-KUNA
