The Language and Literature Bureau will look at ways to upgrade and enhance its service quality, he said. He reminded pupils that books they borrow from the library should be returned before the presentation of their leaving certificate.
The Aspire Programme is an English reading programme the implementation of which would be monitored by teachers and appointed committee members.
It aims to enhance the pupils’ learning in English and other subjects related to the English language. Parents also play an important role to ensure the success of the programme.
