A CONCERNED member of the public contacted the Bulletin hotline yesterday and expressed the need for asthmatic patients to be warded and observed for up to three days after getting the H1N1 jab, for safety reasons.
The call was made following the Ministry of Health’s press briefing on Thursday which stated that those who were not able to receive the H1N1 vaccine due to reasons such as being allergic to eggs, will have to wait as the ministry is working on obtaining the limited ‘eggless’ vaccine.
