LUANDA, Feb 22 (NNN-ANGOP) — The Confederation of African Football (CAF) on Saturday made the draw for the 28th African Cup of Nations championships to be held in 2012 in Gabon and Equatorial Guinea.
Togo has been excluded from the draw, following the teams decision to withdraw from this year’s tournment in January in Angola following an attack on the team bus just after the Togolese team had entered Angola overland from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Following are the teams drawn into the various groups for the 2012 tournament:
