To underscore the achievements of the Muslim communities, a special talk was delivered yesterday during a mass gathering for some 100 women from various government agencies, village consultative councils and associations during Prophet Muhammad’s birthday celebration held at the Belalong Main Hall, Belalong Complex, Temburong District.
The talk was facilitated by Dr Haji Ismuhadi bin Haji Abdullah from the Islamic Dakwah Centre.
Prior to the talk, the reading of the Quran was read by Ustazah Norazliha binti Haji A Latif while the ‘Nasyid’ was performed by students from Pengiran Muda Muhammed Bolkiah Religious School, Temburong.

Present as a guest of honour was Puan Hajah Salina binti Abdullah, wife of the Permanent Secretary of Higher Education, Ministry of Education. Also present were event committee members, Temburong residents and government officials.
