ALGIERS, March 6 (NNN-APS): A forum gathering Algerian women living abroad has been set up in Algiers with a view to enabling them to contribute to the development of their native country, said Thursday here Minister of National Solidarity, Family and National Community Abroad Djamel Ould Abbes.

The setting up of the Forum of Algerian women settled abroad is part of the implementation of the recommendations adopted at the 2nd permanent university of the national community abroad, organized in El Oued (south of Algiers), the Minister pointed out in a ceremony attended by Algerian women living abroad.

The forum?s offices will be hosted in the House of Solidarity Association in Birkhadem (Algiers) and will gather Algerian women living in different continents and aims at forging and strengthening the ties and also enabling them to create a new space for discussion in various fields.
