STANDARD Chartered Bank has extended its banking hours from 9am to 9pm from Monday to Friday at its Manggis branch at the Manggis Mall.
On Saturday, banking hours will be from 9am to 4pm. On Sunday and public holidays, banking operation will be from 11am to 4pm.
General Manager Branch Sales and Services Olivia Yong said this comes from listening to customers and their needs.
“With the extended banking hours, customers can conduct a full range of banking services and transactions at a time convenient to them at our Manggis Branch.”
The bank also offers promotional activities at the Manggis branch that include sign up gifts, free lunches and more.
There will also be a Little Savers Fun Day this Sunday, March 14, from 2pm to 4pm.
Parents are encouraged to bring their children to the fun day to teach their kids about savings and for the children to join fun activities and treats. Customers who open a My Dream Account on this day or top up their deposits will get a double Ang-pow Lucky Dip.
“Opening an account only takes 20 minutes and at the same time, customers will receive their ATM cards and PIN on the spot and can use this within 24 hours,” she said.
The bank has simplified cheque deposits. Customers can now drop off their cheques anytime at cheque deposit boxes available seven days a week at all branches.
