A group of 10 students and four teachers from Radin Mas Primary School, Singapore joined the Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Mohd Yusof Primary School’s morning assembly yesterday in a twinning programme between the two schools. The entourage is led by the Vice Principal of Radin Mas Primary School, Mrs Nedumaran Prabavathy. The group was warmly welcomed by the headmistress of Pengiran Setia Negara Pengiran Mohd Yusof Primary School, Cikgu Zauyah binti DDW Haji Yusof.
During the visit, the Assistant Headmistress, Cikgu Mizawati binti haji Marusin, delivered a short briefing about the school and its activities followed by a short tour around the school, which included the Design and technology room, the Library and the ICT room.
A representative from the Radin Mas Primary School also gave a briefing about their current ongoing school ICT project, Tab Manga (animation project). The morning session saw the students from Radin Mas Primary School joining the classes with their Bruneian “buddies”.
The twinning programme is between two schools, which aims to share information academically and culturally between two countries. The programme will end on March 11.
