Universiti Brunei Darussalam Student Affairs Section (UBD SAS) conducted two dialogues at the UBD campus yesterday.
UBD Dean of Students, Dr Dk Nurolaini binti Pg Hj Muhammad Kifli, said, “The dialogue is part of our student outreach programme in order to know the students’ problems and answer their queries on matters such as extra curricular activities (ECA), UBD facilities and their welfare. Hence, this dialogue aims to let the students know their surroundings and also the right personnel to approach.” She also added that more dialogues would be held for the other students which are scheduled to begin at the end of March and early April.
Present at the dialogue were UBD SAS Assistant Registrar, Zalinawati Mohaimin and Assistant Welfare Officer, Dk Amal Nazahiah as well as other UBD SAS staff and UBD Student Representative Council (UBD SRC) members.
Meanwhile, at the male residential college, another dialogue was held between the UBD SAS officer in charge of the residential college and the students residing at the hostel. The UBD Residential College Manager, Dk Umi Khaltum, Male Residential College Supervisor, Idris bin Aluwi and UBD SRC Residential College Exco (RESCO) Head also attended the event. It was continuation of the previous dialogue held at the UBD Female Residential College last February.
