FUN games and thrilling activities are currently available at the Fire and Rescue Open Day held at the Parade Ground of the Fire and Rescue headquarters from March 10 to 14.
Held in conjunction with the Golden Jubilee celebrations, all the activities at the Open Day are designed to cater for the whole family and people from all walks of life.
In addition to the charity sales, the Fire and Rescue Open Day also has an
array of fun games like sliding down the escape chute, a ride on the first responder motorcycle and looking for items in the smoke house.
Not for the faint hearted, members of the public can also go up on the TTL Fire Engine that reaches up to 32 metres high or the Flying Fox from the Fire and Rescue tower.
At the multipurpose hall, there are booths displaying Fire and Rescue equipment and information on the tasks that Fire and Rescue personnel are entrusted to.
Members of the public are welcome to join in the fun and to contribute to the orphans of the Fire and Rescue Department.
