SEVERAL leading British universities visiting Brunei to meet prospective students in the next few weeks will be facilitated by UK Education Specialist James Hon Marketing and Management (JHMM).
The University of Exeter and Queen Margaret University will hold interview sessions and presentations next week at JHMM’s Kiulap head office for the Sept 2010 intake The University of Exeter, is one of the UK’s most popular universities, with an average of eight applications for every single undergraduate place. Exeter is ranked at ninth place by Times 2010 Good University Guide.
JHMM said it has negotiated for Bruneian students to undertake specialist allied health courses at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh Scotland.
Students will be able to learn about detailed courses information latest information, on course fees, accommodations, and new visa requirements.
More importantly, prospective students are able to interact with visiting university staffs and academics and obtain first hand information about their courses on offer.
JHMM recommends that all students bring along their full academic transcripts and IELTS results for immediate assessments by university staff. Students who meet the set entry requirements may be given an immediate offer upon submission of a full application.
“Our offices currently have links with over 75 institutions across the British Isles. We have a particular focus on England, Scotland and Wales, where the majority of our institutions are based. Some of our British partners include University of St Andrews, University of Exeter, University of Bristol and University of Birmingham,” said Delon Hon, General Manager of JHMM.
