Maybank yesterday held a Chinese New Year open house at the Emperor’s Court in Hua Ho Manggis Mall to extend its gratitude to staff and customers who have shown support for the bank.
Among those present at the event was Maybank General Manager and Country Head Asmuni Sudin.
The bank, which has the face of a tiger as its emblem, hopes that the Year of the Tiger will usher in good fortune.
“We hope to show our aggressiveness this year,” said Maybank Loan Management and Credit Administration officer Edmund Sumping, “We will be focusing on our marketing services.”
Another focus is “improving our customer services, so that we will be able to better cater to our customers’ needs”, said Sumping.
Meanwhile, on hand to entertain staff and guests was a lion dance troupe from the BSB Chung Hwa Middle School.
