BOGOTA, March 15 (NNN-XINHUA) – President Alvaro Uribe’s party is leading the vote in Colombian parliamentary elections, early results showed.
Uribe’s U Party won 24.2 percent of votes while the allied Conservative Party won 22.3 percent, according to results after 65 percent of the votes were counted.
