Tadika Jaya Datin Hajah Malai Rogayah School held a Maulidur Rasul celebration parade in the capital Saturday morning.
The event began with Kindergarten One, Two, Three and Year One to Year Six pupils lining up for the hoisting of the national flag and the national anthem.
Principal of the school, Cikgu Haji Tuah bin Ahmad relayed a short story on Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) and the role he played to propagate the Islamic faith followed by a Marhaban zikir led by Ustaz Hishamuddin bin Haji Chuchu.
A colouring competition was also held for Kindergarten One, Two and Three students in conjunction with Prophet Muhammad’s birthday celebration.
