BEIRUT, March 20 (NNN-KUNA) — Lebanese President Michel Suleiman discussed here Friday with Jordanian Prime Minister Samir Al-Refai the bilateral relations and peaceful horizan in the Middle East region.
“Excellent relations” were discussed by the officials and protrayed by the signature of cooperation agreements between Al-Refai and his Lebanese counterpart Saad Al-Hariri in different sectors, Presidential statment said.
During the meeting, they also discussed the deadlines given to relaunch indirect Palestinian-Israeli peace negotiations as well as the Libyan-hosted Arab summit, and Arab-Arab relations.
The statement added that Al-Refai conveyed a letter from Jordanian Monarch King Abdullah II to Suleiman. King Abdullah II expressed his keenness to develop bilateral ties in the various fields to serve mutual interests.
Prime Minister Al-Refai arrived here earlier Friday to sign several cooperation agreements. — NNN-KUNA![]()
