TWO experienced chefs from Royal Brunei Catering yesterday presented several recipes during the cooking class conducted at the Poolside Café Royal Brunei Recreation Club. The recipes were Yoghurt Grilled Chicken, Grilled Seafood, Citrus Couscous with warm lemon dressing and Villa RBC Lemon Tiramisu.
More than 20 participants attended the monthly cooking class which initially started in April 2006. The class was conducted by ChefAk Zaidi bin Pg Ahmad who specialises in western and fusion cuisine together with Normasidah binti Hj Mohamad who specialises in pastry and Malay kueh.
