Village heads were urged not to stay silent if they learn about any child abuse cases in their respective villages during a meeting with the penghulu of Mukim Berakas ‘A’, Awg Haji Ahmad bin Husain. The monthly meeting was held at Warong Wanis, Simpang 201 of Kg Lambak Kanan B yesterday. Other matters that were discussed included preparations for His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam’s upcoming birthday celebration and budget allocations.
