The event started with a warm-up exercise after which the guest of honour cut the ribbon to officiate the walkathon. The guest of honour and the school principal, Mrs Angela Lim Soon Mei, joined the parents, students and teachers in the walkathon.
The event was further enlivened by the presentation of certificates and prizes to the winners of the highest collector per class level and the highest class collector. The school principal then presented a donation of $3044.70 raised for DANA to the guest of honour.
