The school library of PKN Bukit Beruang Primary School, Tutong II with its new changes was officially launched by Hj Ramlee Hj Abd Rahman, Acting Senior Special Duties Officer (Primary School Section), Department of Schools, the Ministry Of Education.
With the theme “School Library as Curriculum Partner” or “Perpustakaan Sekolah Sebagai Rakan Kurikulum” and a new concept, the library is not only a place to borrow books, but also serves as a venue for visitors, especially school children, to gather information on lessons in the classroom.

Besides carrying various educational activities, the library has a study area, reading corner, book review corner, storytelling area and cyber corner, which focus on learning activities.

Also present during the launching ceremony were the Acting Assistant Director for Tutong District, Abd Kani Abdullah, PKN Bukit Beruang Primary School’s Headmaster Cikgu Samihon Hj Kechi, an officer from the Department of Schools, Ministry of Education, an officer from the Tutong District’s Department of Schools, as well as leaders from the district’s primary schools.
