Village heads together with Penghulu of Mukim Berakas ‘A’ held their monthly meeting at PHD Restaurant in Kampung Burung Pinggai, Berakas. Before the meeting commenced, a recital of surah al-fatihah was led by Major (Rtd) Hj Mohd Jair.
The meeting was chaired by Penghulu Mukim Berakas ‘A’, Hj Ahmad bin Husain. Achieving excellence and being a role model for other villages were discussed at the meetings.

In a speech, Hj Ahmad expressed his thanks for the effort and cooperation from village heads and for holding activities such as walkathon.

In the meeting, the penghulu informed that Mukim Berakas ‘A’ is entrusted to host His Majesty’s birthday celebrations for the fourth time this year, especially His Majesty’s get-together with the people.

Villages in Mukim Berakas ‘A’ reiterated that they will always work together in caring for the needy that are under the care of the respective village heads. The penghulu also lauded the village heads for not turning a blind eye to those under their care.
