The Department of Temburong District Schools and School Leaders’ Committee for Primary Schools (JAPSER) Temburong District hosted the first Temburong District Schools Open Day 2010 at Dewan Belalong. Pekan Bangar Community Hall Complex.
The guest of honour was Ak Abdullah bin Pengiran Haji Tengah, Director of Development of Curriculum and Acting Director of Schools, Ministry of Education.
In conjunction with the first Temburong District Schools Open Day in 2010, Sultan Hashim Batu Apoi Primary School was announced as the winner. It took home a $500 cash prize.
The second and third places were won by Semabat Primary School and Amo Primary School, which took home cash prizes of $ 400 and $300 respectively.
On the second day, students visited galleries and exhibitions to answer quiz to test their own minds.
The first Temburong Primary Schools Open Day focussed on building the innovative creativity of students, teachers and school staff and strengthened relations and teamwork.
