The finals of the Tug-of-War Competition to mark the upcoming 64th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Negara Brunei Darussalam for the Tutong District took place at Muda Hashim Primary School field yesterday afternoon.
The competition, organised by the Kg Sungai Kelugos’ MPK, was divided into three categories. The MS ABDB team defeated the Fire Rescue 995 and won the title in category A while the Mega Power team defeated MS ABDB and was declared champions in category B. As for category C, Kg Bukit Panggal team beat SMMH Fighter to win the title.
The chief guest, Acting Tutong District Officer, Awg Hj Muhammad Suffian bin Hj Bungsu presented the prizes to the winners.
