A flasher believed to be in his 30s exposed himself to two women dining at a popular restaurant in Gadong on Tuesday evening.
One of the women who wished only to be identified as Reyna told the Bulletin that the man was conducting “lewd acts” while facing a wall at a staircase near the restaurant. The flasher was wearing a yellow cap, jeans and a dark blue t-shirt, she said.
