Authorities have cautioned against nefarious elements trying to prey on individuals through various criminal activities including the use of call girls.
One of the targeted victims related to the Weekend Bulletin yesterday how someone called him on the mobile phone offering sexual services.
The man was totally surprised on how an alleged ‘call girl’ could have had access to his private telephone number.
Despite his negative responses the `call girl’ repeated her calls with various offers, he added.
Among the proposals she made was $50 for her services, adding that there were also other girls available. Some of them are from the Philippines, she said to the man. She also said that there is also a Malay housewife available.
She also revealed that there were clandestine activities at a certain Kampong Perpindahan area, but she would not say where. After explaining all that, she hung up. She rang a few times more, but the man declined to meet her. To keep her call anonymous, she had called from a payphone, the man said.
